I always cub up a couple of ham slices or ham steaks, 3 potatoes, 1 can of cream corn a cup or so of frozen corn and you need to use one can of campbells cream of chicken soup and either coffee cream, half and half or milk for the rest. I use milk but if you want a creamier soup use cream or a mixture of cream and milk. You may want to double my suggestions as you have many people to feed and I only have 2.5. You can dice up some onion too.

Depending on the time frame you can brown up the frozen corn, onions and potatoes. I will let the onions sautee a bit then add the corn and potatoes. Once their heated and soft I add the meat, cream corn and slowy add the milk/cream and bring it to a boil. sometimes you may want to add a cup of water if you want to simmer it or not. it's ready when the potatoes are soft. I like to let mine simmer for a few hours if possible. Rolls are good with this its a hearty meal. The main thing is the cream corn and cream of chicken soup.
good luck if you makr this.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
