Thirteen movies I have watched

Thursday Thirteen

Thirteen movies I can remember watching

(I rarely get to watch movies, so this should be interesting!!)

1. RAD: One of the earliest movie memories was this movie about BMX racing. We were a racing family and totally got hooked on this movie.

2. Ferris Bueller's Day Off: To this day, I will watch this over and over again. I don't know how many time I have seen it now, but whenever it comes on TV it is the only thing on!!! My husband is so sick of this movie!!

3. The Neverending Story: This was the coolest movie at the time for me. Now I watch it and think it is scary for a kid to watch!! I guess I wasn't a scaredy cat!!

4. Kalifornia: A guy I was dating at the time was enthralled by these kinds of movies. We watched it at a little dive type of theater in downtown Toronto. It was a real experience!!

5. The Cowboy Way: This was the first movie that Mr. B.D. went to in Alberta. We had no money for food and after the movie the theater was handing out instant cappucino mixes. We took them all and lived on those for a while!!

This is harder then I thought....Let me see, what else have I seen?

6. Walk the Line: Just saw this one last weekend. It was really good. I had no idea what it was about (see I told you I don't know movies very well) and thought it was cool that they had a guy on it named John Cash, only to realize it was really about Johnny Cash!! Dumb blonds moment there!!

7. Curious George: Took the kids to see it. It was so much fun to see how they put all the books into a movie. Total childhood memories there!!

8. The Wedding Date: Not my kind of movie for sure but I remember watching it!

9. The Passion: WOW, can't say anymore

10. The Lord of The Rings 1&2: Why haven't I watched #3 yet? Tell me when I have TIME!!!! I do love these movies. Hey check out what I found...It is a LOTR musical coming to Toronto in 2006

11. In The Name Of The Father: I love this movie. Watched it with that same guy as Kalifornia in a dingy TO theater. I bought this movie so I would always have it. It is a great story I think.

Only 2 more to think of...

12. Madagascar: I like to move it, move it...

13. The Chronicles of Narnia: I remember reading these books while growing up. This is the only movie we have ever seen on opneing day in a theater. The kids were so excited to go and we all loved it so much.

Ok, so it wasn't too hard, but definately an interesting mix!!!

  3. Absolutely agree with number two. So does my sister and my mother. I guess it's a real family movie for us. And we NEVER get sick of it.
