So, we have narrowed our B&B choices down to 2. Here they are, what do you think?
Midland - Little Lake Inn - they have a romantic package for 389.00 for the weekend. It includes breakfast, a $50 gift certificate at a local restaurant, candles, flowers, chocolate and wine. Also a 12pm checkout time (instead of 11am). We also have hubby's gift certificate we would use at a different restaurant for supper. Not a whole lot to in the area at this time of year, but it would be refreshing for sure. (though we could drive a little ways to a casino - oops, did I type that out loud?;-).
Niagara - Angels Hideaway - the big, nice, romantic room is $115 a night/double occupancy. It includes a full english breakfast served in the room. There are lots of other attractions around, obviously and we would have to buy our own dinners.
Decisions, decisions...
I like the Little Lake Inn the best. sounds like a great deal too and I LOVE the bathtubs and fireplaces in the rooms! oh man I want to go to a B&B now! when are you going?
ReplyDeleteMe too, The Little Lake Inn looks more cozier.
ReplyDeleteJust found your blog from Lala.
A B&B sounds soooo nice right about now.
I agree too.. The little lake inn looks nice. I like the jacuzzi part of the room.
ReplyDeleteThe Little Lake Inn is beautiful. That's the one I'd recommend, too.
ReplyDeletei agree with the above ;)
ReplyDeleteWell seeing as how I am the NON-CONFORMIST, I think that Angel's Hideaway looks more homey and cozy instead motel-ish like the the other.
ReplyDeleteEither way, I hope you have a great time. That's what matters most. We need to get away to something like that. I think I'll start looking in our area!
HOW COOL. I agree with your other commentors. Enjoy your little getaway! (Niagara is awesome if you decide to go there.)
