The last of the outta town appts...

Today we went to visit the orthoptist. She is the dr who checks to see how straight Faiths eyes are.

But, before this appointment, we got there early and visited with Faith OT from the weeks after she was born. W haven't seen her and Faith was her charming self, all huggy and kissy, and suck upish...(my new vocabulary, gotta love it!!). The OT loved every minute of it. My other new phrase to describe Faith is "social extrovert", sounds good and very professional!!

Anyhow, we went in and had our turn with the dr and she said that Faiths eyes are no better, but they are also no worse. We need to continue patching for 3 MORE MONTHS!!! Oh my, it is hard enough to keep the glasses on, but 3 more months of this...oh wow...

It is something that we are going to do, no matter what (and get more consistent with) because if it means that her eyes will have a better chance at being corrected without surgery, then I am all for it!!

Standing on God's word again, specifically for her eyes to be healed...I know she has sight, but this is what we are believing...

Luke 18:41-43 (Amplified Bible)
41What do you want Me to do for you? He said, Lord, let me receive my sight!
42And Jesus said to him, Receive your sight! Your faith your trust and confidence that spring from your faith in God) has healed you.
43And instantly he received his sight and began to follow Jesus, recognizing, praising, and honoring God; and all the people, when they saw it, praised God.
