Does This Tim Hortons Have #EqualCanada Sweeteners?

This is me and Hope.  She is #4 in our line of kids....

We have had some issues arising with her and sometimes she tires us out.  She has been diagnosed on the low end of ADHD...she has spunk, and we are trying to teach her to work with her abilities and use them to help her get through school and life in general.

She keeps us busy, and I often find it difficult to spend time with her, because she is so spirited...but she is so full of life and energy and emotional and she shows me the world in a whole different light.

I need to find ways to spend more time with her...I have had a hard time finding things that she can do with me, so bring on the Tim Hortons mommy/Hopie date!!

She was looking forward to this time together, so we headed out to Tims for a hot chocolate and a donut and some time spent one on one.  We headed to the closest sit in Tims and talked about things that are going on in her life.  She told me about school and kept saying "I love you Mom"

To help keep her busy, and interested during our visit, I gave her the camera and told her to go crazy and take pics of all the signs she could find.  She has a great photographers eye and used many angles and looked so proud as she snapped away!
She ordered her own donut, the halloween vanilla dip and she was so excited to pay for it herself with the money from the tooth fairy!  She even got the change back and put it in her little purse:-)

I oredered the drinks (and a donut for myself) and asked what sweetener options they had available at this location.  Again, they only had one available, Splenda.  I asked if they had or were thinking of providing Equal (Find Equal Canada on Facebook and on Twitter) as an option and the lady at the counter wasn't sure.  While I don't tend to use sweeteners, I know many people who do and having a bigger selection would be a great way to improve customer service.

I filled out the comment card, which was easy to find, and Hope was reading it over to make sure I wrote things out the right way...well, she tried to read the handwriting...She was excited to fold it up and drop it back in the box!

I loved trying the new QR Code with my new phone, but I don't have the right app set up for it yet.  And Hope was ready to go so fast, that I didn't have time to install it properly.  Too bad, cause you can win free coffee for a year!!  That would be sweet (and nice for the wallet too!!)
With 5 kids, it is hard to find time for each of them.  This is something that I need to get better at in the future.  These kids grow up way too fast and I don't want to miss out on their lives!!
