Monday, Monday, la, la, la, la, la, la

Well, it is the beginning of the new year. I know it started last week, but I count today as the official day. Everything starts back again and the kids need to start school work again.

We are starting our new year fresh...we have been cleaning and cleaning and reorganizing and getting new furniture and getting rid of old furniture. I think in order to list our house and be comfortable with showings and such, we need to take a few months to prepare. So far we have around 10 bags of garbage going out of the house. That is crazy. We haven't even touched the clothes yet:-O

We have gotten rid of our old table and replaced it with a new to us table that was on freecycle. We have moved out our wall unit and replaced it with just a tv stand. We cleaned off my desk and replaced it with a smaller one. We moved the piano to the wall in the between the dining room window and the tv stand. We are going to be moving the kids bookcase to the other corner of the dining room and getting a 4 drawer file cabinet to organize my papers and the kids stuff. I am also debating about getting rid of our white armchair. It is way too bulky, but I am not sure if the living room will look right with just the couch...Then the living room and dining room will be ready for paint!

We are all feeling better here now, but now I am congested...it feels like allergies or something. I am tired and feel like I could sleep for another 3 hours!! Cutie Pie has been having issues sleeping. She has been having nightmares, I am not 100% sure why. On Saturday night she didn't go to sleep until 11pm and woke up Pooky in the process. Then Pooky was up until 2am. Yes, you read right, 2am. I was surprised that we made it to church the next day!!

Anyhow, I am gonna start calling electricians now. They are probably working by now. Have a great day everyone!!
