Pooky got into the red food colouring today. How much can a toddler injest before it becomes harmful? She is covered in red and she pooped red poop, pee'd red pee. She slept for a bit and woke up now complaiung about her tummy and is walking like her bum is hurting.

Do I take her to the doctor? or let it all run out of her? She only had a little bit, there is over half of those little teardrop bottles left. It couldn't have been too much...
